Corporate Rentals is in the process of developing a Membership Program to benefit our regular clients.

We understand the needs of small and large business structures, including your requirements to be able to access our services quickly and simply.

Our new program will allow any of your employees to be able to arrange and take delivery of our equipment through a system of Membership SmartCards.

The Membership Program

• Within your organisation there will be key personnel who can be given the responsibility of ordering and taking delivery of our equipment. You simply register each of these staff under your company Membership Program and they will each be issued a Membership SmartCard.
  
  
• Your nominated staff member contacts us and makes the arrangements for delivery of the required equipment. Their membership card number is recorded and checked against our database to ensure that the order is being placed by an authorized member of your staff.
  
  
• When delivery is made, that same member of your staff will be required to present their
  Membership SmartCard. This is inserted into our card reader and your staff member will be asked to enter the password they selected at time of issue. This process ensures that no unauthorized deliveries can be made on your account with us.
  
  
• Their card is updated with a reference number of the order delivery they are taking responsibility for. For reasons of accountability you are able to return to us cards issued under your company Membership Program and request a Statement of Use of each card. At the time of delivery a receipt is issued to your staff member showing full details of this order along with the time and place of delivery.
  
  
• A copy of this receipt is sent same day by email to the person in your organisation who you have nominated as Manager of your Membership Program with us. You will be able to match this reference number to the order details that will appear on your statement of account. This is sent out to you at periodic intervals as stipulated in your Membership Program application.
